Here's a little info about us
India has a rich sports talent pool. Every street in India has at least one sports star equipped with immense potential and possibilities. This remains unlocked, mainly due to lack of experience in navigating through professional sports, sparse availability of training and coaching staff, overwhelming bureaucratic procedures, and the perception of complexity in the development process. Even government schools, private schools and sports training centres face problems either due to lack of resources or an inability to maintain the facilities. STEP intends to deploy its frameworks and skill development labs, across institutions in India, especially where there is potential, and the need. With the expert teams at STEP, we aim at improving the skill quotient, with a scientific and structured approach. We also aim at identifying, grooming and nurturing promising talent, by tackling the limitations and hurdles they face, and supporting them with the right people, infrastructure and financial aid through sponsorships and other funding avenues.
Here's how we collaborate
At STEP, we work closely with the beneficiaries of our services. It is important for all stakeholders to align with the objectives and adopt a common approach. We believe in addressing specific problems with our programmes. The analysis and assessment that STEP undertakes are meticulous and have thorough checkpoints. Our objective of LTAD is common for both, our clients, and us. A close, collaborative, involved and participative approach will therefore be necessary.
